Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

• Strong conversational skills and the ability to work independently and flexibly are required.
• Good reporting and documentation skills are essential.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects by supervising and coordinating site activities.
• Review project technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision.
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and sub-contractors to resolve issues.
• Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site.
