Job summary

WEBUILQ PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Architectural Engineer / Coordinator to help plan, coordinate and oversee project activities from inception to completion. You will support project managers and site teams, ensuring communication, schedule adherence and quality compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, and upholding safety standards in line with WSH regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Construction, Architectural, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction or A&A project experience in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, and documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules, work plans and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, permits and correspondence.
• Support procurement by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate communications between clients, consultants and site team.
• Conduct site checks to ensure health and safety compliance under WSH regulations.
