Job summary

You will assist the Project Manager with scheduling, coordination of sub-contractors and material quotations, and ensure drawings reflect site requirements and client amendments, while resolving conflicts with structural and M&E plans. Qualifications

• Oversee and ensure the quality and timely execution of all architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for sub-contractor and material quotations.
• Verify that drawings and documentation accurately reflect site requirements and client or consultant amendments.
• Prepare supplementary sketches and details as needed for clarification.
• Review architectural drawings against structural and M&E plans to identify and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants to resolve discrepancies and keep project management informed of variations.
• Ensure correct sequencing, dimensions, alignment, and levels of architectural trades.
• Attend all relevant site, technical, and coordination meetings.
