Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced architect to lead and coordinate architectural works for building construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements while coordinating with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to resolve design issues.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, or related discipline.
• Experience in architectural coordination within construction, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
• Experience in building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction detailing and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural works for building construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation.
• Monitor architectural work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E services to resolve design clashes and site discrepancies.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on architectural matters with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and resolve architectural coordination issues and construction constraints.
• Follow up on technical submissions, material approvals, inspections and outstanding architectural matters.
• Ensure architectural works comply with approved specifications, authority requirements and project quality standards.
