Job summary

Sembcorp is seeking an Architectural Manager to lead and coordinate architectural works across large-scale construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure design coordination, buildability, regulatory compliance, and delivery to the required quality standards.

You will mentor project teams, manage interfaces between architectural, structural, M&E and BIM disciplines, and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve on-time handover.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Built Environment or Construction.
• Experience with main contractor projects in Singapore preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination across architectural, structural, M&E and other trades.
• Ensure buildable designs, interface coordination, and design resolution.
• Manage quality assurance, site inspections, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces and run architectural coordination meetings.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and stakeholders.
