BUSINESSASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Manager to oversee all architectural design and construction activities for large-scale institutional, commercial mixed-use developments.

You will lead a team of architectural coordinators and BIM modellers, guiding design through to construction in line with project specs and schedules. You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors, manage document control and approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Architecture recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• 12+ years in architectural management and coordination in construction.
• 8+ years in design and construction of high-rise or large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with local authority submission processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all architectural design and construction works.
• Lead a team of coordinators and BIM modellers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Manage document control, submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate interfaces with structural, M&E and interior trades.
