Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking an experienced architectural finishing professional to coordinate with the M&E team during finishing, manage shop drawings and material submissions, and prepare RI & TOP submissions for authorities. The role also involves compiling As-Built plans and supervising QA/QC during mock-ups.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and is familiar with Singapore codes and CONQUAS standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work.
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player.
• Candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations, and familiar with local standard quality implementation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the M&E Team for coordination on RCP, CSD, and Interfacing during the finishing stage
• Managing architectural subcontractor shop drawing and material submissions
• Preparing RI & TOP and submitting to authorities
• Compiling As-Built plans
• Overseeing inspection and supervision of the Mock-up and QA/QC processes
• Planning and executing signage installation for internal and external workshops
