Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an architectural professional to manage scheduling, cost control, and project documentation for islandwide projects in Singapore. The role requires reviewing drawings, coordinating across teams, and ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

Candidate should have a diploma/degree in Architectural or Building Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. HDB BTO experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Experience in HDB BTO projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, and project documentation.
• Review architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between architectural, structural, M&E, and client-provided works.
• Oversee on-site architectural matters, quality control, and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site supervision and coordinate architectural works with relevant project teams.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare required project reports and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

• Islandwide
• Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am – 12pm

Your Responsibilities: -
