Job summary

CHIA DRAUGHTING & SERVICES TEAM in Singapore is seeking an experienced CAD Draughtsperson to translate designs into precise technical drawings and 3D models.

You will work with senior staff, using AutoCAD and BIM workflows, including Corenet 2 submissions, and must be able to work independently. The role offers a 5-day week, competitive salary, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years related working experiences.
• Able to work independently.
• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings as designed by senior staff.
• Create 3D models using CAD data.
• Apply AutoCAD to implement designs.
• Familiarity with BIM and Corenet 2 workflows.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Production of technical drawings from designed by senior staff
• Incorporate design using AutoCAD software
• Enter CAD design data to create 3D models
• Well versed in AutoCAD
• Knowledge in BIM & Corenet 2
• Experienced in Corenet X submission

Requirements:

• At least 5 years related working experiences
• Able to work independently
• Only open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents

Other:

• 5 days work week
• $6000 or more for suitable candidate
