Job summary

CONSORTIUM 168 ARCHITECTS PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned architect to lead design and oversee on-site construction. The role focuses on guiding project cycles from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and meeting critical deadlines.

The ideal candidate will manage diverse teams of architects, technicians, and specialists to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related fields.
• Registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage.
• Experience leading design and on-site execution.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with local codes and submission procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Help to lead architecture design and execution throughout the project cycle.

• Work with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the necessary building codes and regulations.
• Ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively
• May manage various groups of architects, technicians and/or specialists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Architecture or related fields
• Minimum 6 years of relevant architectural experience
• Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local code and regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience in high density housing and/or public housing
• Good leadership and communication skill
