invites an experienced architect to support Directors in design development and project management, guiding concepts from concept to construction and ensuring compliance with local codes. You will develop plans with AutoCAD and SketchUp, lead client presentations, coordinate site activities, and manage approvals with authorities, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for layouts and presentations.
• Knowledge of Singapore local authority codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Directors in managing architectural design, project implementation, and submissions.
• Develop design concepts and layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp for client reviews.
• Lead contract administration, site visits, and coordination meetings.
• Present project designs to clients and run design workshops.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate construction phases and monitor progress to meet timelines.
• Prepare submission forms, drawings, floor area calculations, and materials for authorities.
• Maintain drafting templates per ISO standards for consistency.
• Coordinate implementation and site activities with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
