Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled architect specialized in computational design to advance digital delivery across live projects. You will bridge design, data, computation and documentation, turning concepts into buildable outcomes with AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with BIM teams to implement scalable standards, workflows and best practices, while contributing to design exploration, analysis and client-focused advisory services in a Singaporean context.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years in architecture or computational design.
• Strong proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Working knowledge of BIM workflows, preferably Autodesk Revit.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.

Role Overview:

Our client is an established architecture and design consultancy developing a digital-first project delivery capability in Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to live architectural projects while advancing computational design, BIM, automation and Generative AI applications within project workflows.

The successful candidate will help bridge design, data, computation and documentation, transforming innovative concepts into coordinated and buildable project outcomes.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders to develop scalable digital delivery standards and practical AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to architectural concept design, design development, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation and project delivery.
• Own assigned architectural or design technology work packages under project leadership.
• Develop computational and generative design approaches for design exploration, analysis, data-driven design and repetitive production tasks.
• Develop workflows integrating Autodesk Revit, BIM platforms, Rhino, Grasshopper, data, automation and Generative AI tools.
• Apply Generative AI tools to ideation, analysis, visual communication, documentation and decision-making support where appropriate.
• Translate computational and AI-assisted design outputs into coordinated and buildable architectural information.
• Automate repetitive design, documentation, reporting and project communication processes.
• Prototype and evaluate AI-enabled workflows on live projects and document successful methods for wider adoption.
• Collaborate closely with BIM-focused team members to maintain effective information flow between design, computation and BIM environments.
• Support project teams in adopting new digital capabilities and identifying opportunities for enhanced client solutions and advisory services.
• Participate in client, consultant, contractor and site-related activities, including presenting design and digital recommendations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Must Have

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in architecture, computational design, digital design or a related field. Exceptional candidates outside this range may also be considered.
• Experience contributing to architectural design development and coordinated project delivery across multiple project stages.
• Strong proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper, or comparable computational design platforms.
• Working knowledge of BIM workflows, preferably Autodesk Revit, with the ability to contribute to architectural documentation.
• Hands-on experience using contemporary Generative AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to integrate multiple digital tools and data sources across project workflows.
• Strong design judgement, problem-solving capability and the ability to convert concepts and prototypes into practical project applications.

Good to Have

• Python, Dynamo, API integration, scripting, data processing or workflow automation experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Navisworks or similar platforms.
• Experience in real-time rendering, Adobe Creative Suite or AI-assisted visual communication.
• Experience translating computational design outputs into BIM models and construction documentation.
• Experience in renovation, adaptive reuse, conversion, asset enhancement initiatives or sustainability-related projects.
• Experience with generative design, environmental analysis, design optimisation, data-driven design or agentic AI workflows.
• Full BIM lifecycle project experience.
