Job summary

CONSORTIUM 168 ARCHITECTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an architect with at least 3 years of experience to contribute to local projects across concept design, development and documentation.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, prepare drawings and models, support project execution, and ensure compliance with building codes. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit, plus good communication, is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience preferred.
• Experience in Public Housing projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
• Conversant with local codes & regulations.
• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
