Job summary

INNOVERDE PTE. LTD. is seeking an architect/interior designer to prepare innovative concepts and detailed drawings across architectural, interior, and industrial projects. You will develop designs from concept through construction and create compelling presentations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop, and communicates effectively while adapting to evolving project needs with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare innovative and functional architectural, interior, or industrial concepts, design development, detail/ construction drawings and prepare presentations.
• Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
• Possess excellent technical design skills with an eye for details.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials
• Perform field inspections and site measurements.
• Inspect works on site.
• Independently handle projects/ meetings at all stages of progress.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Photoshop and other relevant design software.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible working mindset in designing to accommodate varying project needs.
• Demonstrate a capacity for “outside the box” thinking in design solution.
