Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in architectural design and coordination for large projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules and construction plans.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and milestones to align with goals.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings to assist procurement management.
• Resolve on-site architectural issues, such as drawing discrepancies and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved plans.
• Work with engineers, contractors and stakeholders to solve technical issues.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings and sample approvals.
