Job summary

YONG HE FU CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an architectural drafter/coordinator to manage the development and coordination of construction drawings.

You will work with project teams to draft, revise and update architectural drawings, ensuring all documents meet design requirements and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with structural, M&E and other disciplines, review submissions, and prepare as-built drawings reflecting site conditions and design changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings with project parties.
• Prepare, develop, and revise drawings using AutoCAD and drafting software.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, layouts and construction drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with specifications, regulations and authority requirements.
• Coordinate details with structural, M&E and other drawings to resolve discrepancies.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
• Assist in preparing drawings and documents for authority submissions and approvals.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with project teams.
