Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Architect/Coordinator to lead architectural works, coordinate with BIM, and drive PPVC integration on major Singapore projects. The role encompasses design development, site coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in building construction, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and a proven track record in high-rise residential

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline (BOA/BCA preferred).
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects in Singapore.
• Strong experience in project coordination and PPVC construction.
• Proven track record in coordinating high-rise residential projects.
• Familiar with PPVC interfaces, sequencing, and construction methodology.
• Good knowledge of local regulations and authority submission processes (BCA/CONQUAS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of architectural works from design development to site implementation.
• Oversee project coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams as main liaison.
• Review drawings with BIM models to identify clashes and discrepancies.
• Lead coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors (BIM/technical).
• Ensure coordination of PPVC modules including production drawings and interfaces.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for timely approvals.
• Liaise with authorities to resolve design issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor coordination issues and ensure closure before construction stages.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify works against drawings and specs.
• Plan and monitor architectural and coordination work schedules with master programme.
• Lead architectural coordinators, BIM modelers, and supervisors on coordination matters.
• Prepare coordination reports and technical submissions for management.
• Support project completion activities including inspections and handover.
