RRecruiter is seeking an Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maincontractor projects to prepare construction drawings and monitor site progress in Singapore. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams, and work closely with BIM Modellers on architectural design and coordination tasks.

The role requires an Architecture degree, the ability to read drawings, and experience with hotel or building projects.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture with 3+ years in maincon firms.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience in hotel or building projects.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare construction and shop drawings, ensuring timely submission and approval.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams.
• Coordinate with BIM Modellers on architectural design and coordination works.
• Support tender preparation and related activities.
