Job summary

Anchorage Construction Co Pte Ltd seeks a capable Architectural Drafter to produce 2D and 3D presentation drawings and review design drawings for Singapore projects. You will amend drawings per specifications and assist on-site to ensure practicality.

You will liaison with consultants and may gain exposure to BCA Conquas standards, reporting to the Project Manager on site. A degree in Architectural Engineering and 5+ years of Singapore experience are essential, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of local Singapore experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; able to interpret architectural intent.
• Revit/BIM experience preferred.
• Local project track records as coordinator for the Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
• Review and check drawings against design specifications.
• Amend and update drawings per specifications.
• Assist site visits to ensure drawings are practical.
• Liaise with consultants; exposure to BCA Conquas standards is a plus.
• Report to Project Manager on site.

• Review and checking of all drawings as per design
• Amend and update all changes according to specifications.
• Assist in site visit to ensure all drawings / design is practical
• Liaise with Consultants. Some exposure in BCA Conquas Standards will be good.
• Report to Project Manager at site.

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in SINGAPORE is required for this position.
• Good with Autocad drawing and interpretation of the Architect intention.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM preferred.
• Have track records in local projects as coordinator for the Main Contractor.
