Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in Architectural Coordination.
• At least 3 years must be in Singapore.
• Diploma / Advanced / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Professional Degree in Architectural, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administrations and architectural coordination, including preparation of floor layout drawings, shop drawings, and door schedules; manage BIM submissions.
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all technical requirements are met where applicable.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM tools; hands-on use of Autodesk Docs; Autodesk Build preferred.
