Job summary

LBD ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. seeks a Diploma/ Degree holder in Architectural/ Building Construction to join our Singapore site team. You will coordinate with subcontractors, assist PM and Site Manager, prepare shop drawings, and monitor architectural works on site.

The role requires 3 years in construction, knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD; Photoshop and SketchUp are advantageous. Strong communication and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in architecture or building construction.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and Regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD; Photoshop and SketchUp are advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with subcontractors to meet architectural workmanship standards.
Assist PM and Site Manager with organizing resources and addressing site matters.
Prepare and submit drawings, materials, and documents for consultant approval.
Attend site meetings and supervise architectural works on site.
