Job summary

HPC Holdings Limited, via its subsidiary HPC Builders Pte Ltd, seeks a seasoned architect or project professional to lead on-site architectural works for Singapore building projects. You will supervise, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of on-site supervision in building construction, a degree in architecture or construction project management, and strong communication to engage

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising architectural works in building construction.
• Degree qualification supporting architectural or construction project management roles.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Develop and manage work schedules, material requisitions, and cost controls to meet project timelines and budgets
• Supervise architectural works on-site, coordinating technical matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and company ISO standards
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records for quality assurance and audit purposes
