DAIZU E & C PTE. LTD. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support architects in aligning design details with client requirements, consultants, and contractors.

You will review drawings, supervise on-site activities, and help ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. You will collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans, monitor timelines and budgets, and address on-site discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, with experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant architectural software is preferred.
