Zusammenfassung

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP is seeking a Site Architect with a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Building. The role involves regular site inspections, defect rectification coordination, and integration of architectural activities into the overall project plan.

The position is site-based with a 5.5-day work week and attractive welfare benefits in Singapore. You will work closely with the Project Manager and consultants to resolve technical and site issues and ensure adherence to drawings

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Architecture/Building or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify issues, and ensure plan compliance.
• Manage the rectification of defects or issues identified during construction.
• Assist in developing project schedules, timelines and budgets, ensuring architectural activities are integrated.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work by subcontractors per drawings/specs.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, and architectural work.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.

Ausbildung

Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Building or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate the rectification of any defects or issues identified during the construction process.
• Assist in the development of project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring architectural activities are integrated into the overall project plan.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub- contractors according to specifications / drawings
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management
• Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works

Requirements

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Building or equivalent
