IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Architectural Coordinator to lead architectural design activities across project stages and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. The role involves BIM coordination, design review, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising coordinators, resolving design conflicts, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive timely project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, civil and other disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Review architectural, shop and construction drawings for compliance and constructability.
• Oversee BIM coordination, review federated models, resolve clashes.
• Supervise architectural coordinators and technical staff, assign tasks and monitor deliverables.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve architectural issues and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Evaluate design changes for cost, programme, quality and constructability; coordinate approvals.
• Manage consultants, contractors, clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee submissions, ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.
• Monitor deliverables, schedules, milestones; prepare progress reports and escalate issues.

• Architectural Design and Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate architectural design activities across project stages, ensuring alignment with project objectives, design intent, technical requirements, and overall construction schedules.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination and Integration: Oversee coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and other specialist disciplines to resolve design conflicts, minimize interface issues, and ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
• Drawing Review and Technical Compliance: Review and verify architectural design drawings, shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical submissions to ensure accuracy, constructability, compliance with approved designs, and adherence to project specifications.
• BIM and Clash Detection Management: Supervise BIM coordination activities, review federated models, identify and resolve multidisciplinary clashes, and monitor the closure of coordination issues to minimize site conflicts and construction rework.
• Team Supervision and Workload Management: Guide and supervise architectural coordinators, technical staff, and relevant project team members, assigning responsibilities, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of tasks in accordance with project priorities.
• Construction and Site Technical Support: Coordinate with site management teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve architectural technical issues, review site conditions, assess proposed construction solutions, and ensure works comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Design Change and Risk Management: Evaluate proposed design changes, assess their implications for cost, programme, quality, and constructability, and coordinate revisions and approvals to mitigate project risks and prevent unnecessary delays.
• Consultant, Contractor, and Stakeholder Management: Act as a key coordination interface among clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments, facilitating technical discussions, tracking outstanding issues, and driving timely resolution of project matters.
• Authority Submission and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the preparation, coordination, and tracking of architectural submissions, ensuring compliance with applicable building regulations, statutory requirements, authority approvals, and project-specific standards.
• Project Performance, Quality, and Progress Monitoring: Monitor architectural deliverables, submission schedules, coordination milestones, and quality performance; prepare progress reports, **escalate** critical issues, and support the Project Manager in achieving project targets within approved timelines and budgets.
