Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our on-site team in Singapore. You will study drawings, coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors, and ensure that architectural works align with drawings and specifications.

You will supervise progress and report to the Project Manager. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Formación

• Qualification from BCA/Board of Architects approved list.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural coordination experience.
• Familiar with local codes and submissions.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Job Description

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Manager/ Construction Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must possess a qualification from the list of universities by BCA and Board of Architects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural coordination works.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up and others will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities.
