GRACE HR SOLUTIONS in Singapore is seeking a Design Coordination Engineer to oversee multidisciplinary drawing coordination and progress against the detailed design schedule. You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth information flow and timely submissions.

The role requires 3+ years in Civil/Architectural design coordination, with BIM experience and ability to convey technical details to drafters. Residential project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or architectural discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Residential project experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor consultant's design progress per the submission/detail design schedule.
• Manage design coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate drawings between disciplines and subcontractors.
• Oversee the drawing schedule for timely construction issuance.
• Collaborate with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings and convey technical info clearly.
• Prepare and submit material submission, material specs, method statements and sub-con shop drawings.
• Address and resolve technical issues through clear communication and documentation.
