A1 Main Contractor in Central is seeking an experienced Architectural/Construction Coordinator to join its local team. You will review drawings, coordinate with architects, consultants and on-site teams, and ensure updates are implemented on site.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, have 3–5 years in construction coordination, be proficient in Revit and MS Office, and contribute to large-scale projects with strong admin and design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.
• Experience on large-scale projects is an advantage; proficiency in Revit and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to clarify design requirements.
• Communicate design updates and ensure they are implemented on-site.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with architectural plans.
• Conduct site inspections and address any architectural discrepancies.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and input to project management as needed.
