Job summary

JENDA E&C PTE. LTD.

is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee coordination of architectural works, drawings, materials and site activities in line with approved drawings, project specs and schedules. You will work closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and site teams to resolve design issues, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of architectural works while complying with Singapore building requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works with structural, civil, and M&E teams to avoid clashes.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Ensure drawings and site works comply with approved designs, project requirements and regulations.
• Identify design discrepancies and coordinate with consultants for clarification.
• Monitor progress and ensure activities align with the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of architectural works.
• Coordinate installation of walls, partitions, ceilings, floors, doors and finishes.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, RE, and project representatives.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.
