Job summary

MASTER CONTRACT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator responsible for planning and executing structural and architectural works on building construction projects. You will lead site coordination with all trades, liaise with inspectors, and ensure shop drawings and materials comply with contract drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building/construction in Singapore.
• Experience with D&B projects (government/commercial) or HDB BTO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works.
• Lead in site coordination with all trades.
• Liaise with RTO for inspection.
• Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, MOS.
• Check shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors.
• Ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Procurement and monitoring of architectural materials.
• Carry out inspections, trade demos, material testing, mock-ups.
• Check TOP checklist and RI (Achi).
• Attend subcontractor meetings.
• Contract administration and other site operations & project management matters.
• Any other works as assigned by management.
