TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma-qualified Architecture professional to lead architectural work progress and quality on-site.

You will plan procurement coordination, review drawings with clients and consultants, and resolve site issues through sketches and clarifications. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules for sub-contractors and materials, ensuring correct dimensions, alignments, and set-outs, and communicating changes promptly to project and contracts managers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of architectural work progress and quality to meet project standards and timelines.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for calling quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers to support procurement processes
• Review and verify architectural drawings and information to ensure alignment with actual site requirements and client or consultant amendments
• Produce additional sketches and drawings to clarify design details and resolve site issues
• Analyze architectural drawings alongside structural and M&E drawings to identify and resolve conflicts, collaborating with consultants to implement solutions
• Communicate variations from specifications or drawings to the Project Manager and Contracts Managers promptly
• Ensure proper sequencing and execution of various trades, verifying correct dimensions, alignment, levels, and set-out on site
