Job summary

LAUD ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified architect to develop building details from sketches and designs. You will set up working drawings, submit to authorities, and prepare construction drawings.

You will assist the Architect in visualization and communication using 2D/3D software, with Archicad knowledge required. The role includes coordination with consultants and attending technical site meetings to resolve construction issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
• Drafting with 2D & 3D software.
• Knowledge of project design stages.
• Understand authority requirements and compliance.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Able to coordinate at all organizational levels.

• Assist the Architect in the visualization and communication works through the application of the various software. Knowledge of Archicad software is necessary.
• Support the process of submissions to various authorities for all stages.
• Co-ordinate with fellow consultants for the design development project.
• Attend technical site meeting with contractor to resolve construction related issues on site.

• Possess relevant knowledge of project design stages
