• Lead tender processes and bid evaluations.
• Manage authority submissions to meet local regulations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs with structural, MEP engineers.
• Supervise construction phases ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Oversee design development, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead tender processes, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
• Manage authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical engineers) to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Supervise construction phases, ensuring quality control, adherence to design intent, and timely delivery.
