Job summary

CONSORTIUM 168 ARCHITECTS PTE LTD is seeking an architect to contribute to local projects through all phases of design, documentation and delivery. You will collaborate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to meet project goals and timescales.

In this role you will assist with concept design, development of drawings and models, and ensure building plans comply with codes and regulations while supporting project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience with public housing projects preferred.
• Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Participate in concept design and design development.
• Prepare drawings and models for design deliverables.
• Assist with project execution and administration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

About The Role

You will be working on various local projects to collaborate in a teamwork environment to design, document and deliver excellent architecture. You will interface with external clients, consultants and stakeholders to complete project tasks independently or with the team.

Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and models

Assist in project execution and administration throughout the project cycle

Work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders

Assist to ensure that the building plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience preferred
• Experience in Public Housing projects preferred
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local codes & regulations
• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
