Job summary

PAID STUDIO LLP in Singapore seeks a capable assistant architect to support the design, development and administration of architectural projects. You will help with concept and schematic stages, develop drawings for authority submissions, and assist in contractor procurement under supervision.

This role requires initiative and strong English communication. Ideal candidates have AutoCAD experience and familiarity with SketchUp/REVIT, with a proactive work style and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Able to work independently.
• Well versed with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp/REVIT is a strong advantage.
• Good working attitude, proactive and hardworking.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily function of an Architect in design, design development and administration of the Architectural projects.
• Assist in Concept and Schematic design stage including research, conceptualizing, presentation and design development.
• Assist in production of drawings for submission to Authority and procurement of Contractor.
• Submit and obtain required Authority Approval under supervision of the Architect.
• Assist in administration of construction projects from start to completion.
