Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support projects from design through to completion.

You will manage projects, coordinate with consultants, and participate in tenders, with potential to handle smaller schemes independently. The role requires a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of relevant architectural experience, including industrial projects such as dormitories, warehouses or factories.

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural projects in Singapore
• Strong coordination and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters
• Support concept design, submissions and preparation of construction documents and drawings
• Work closely with internal and external project team members
• Coordinate with the technical team on planning and building regulations
• Coordinate project inputs and outputs to meet project requirements
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Liaise with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders
• Assist with on-site inspections during construction
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned
