Job summary

Confidential is seeking a motivated Architecture graduate or early-career professional in Singapore to assist architects with developing concepts, drawings, and presentation materials. You will help prepare plans and elevations using AutoCAD or Revit, and support 3D rendering and submissions for authorities.

The role involves site measurements, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining organized documentation to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or related discipline.

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations and details using AutoCAD, Revit or other relevant software.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with material selection, specifications and design research.
• Revise drawings and documentation based on project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure drawings and documents are accurate, updated and properly organised.
• Perform other architectural and project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Architectural Studies or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, Lumion or Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage. Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
