Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an Architect with solid experience in design and construction of architectural services for Advanced Technology and Life Science projects. You will liaise with client teams, coordinate disciplines, and administer architectural sub-contractor contracts from inception through handover.

Responsibilities include leading conceptual designs through to full implementation, ensuring compliance with Singapore Codes and Standards, and mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional architectural experience.
• Experience in design and construction of architectural services systems, preferably with fast-track project experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural systems and design execution.
• Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Codes and Standards and Authorities' Submission Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take conceptual designs through to full implementation and project handover.
• Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction phases.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with local authorities' codes and regulatory standards.
• Produce tender specifications and progress elements of design in accordance with the Design Checklist.
• Provide the Architectural Supervisor with current approved plans and shop drawings.
• Ensure the System Supervisor is fully briefed on the awarded scope of work, tender technical documents, and all contractual revisions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively on all architectural matters across project teams.
• Mentor Architectural Designers and Graduate Architects to build properly trained personnel for organizational growth.
