Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily revenue accounting and reconciliation across multiple outlets
• Perform POS-to-ERP reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and post month-end journals, accruals, and adjustments
• Reconcile collections across payment channels (cash, cards, NETS, e-wallets, delivery platforms)
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to resolve system/interface issues
• Support landlord reporting, audits, and finance compliance activities
• Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives

About the Role

Join a well-established organization as part of its Finance Shared Services team, supporting high-volume revenue accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple business outlets. This role offers exposure to SAP transformation initiatives, stakeholder management, and end-to-end accounts receivable operations within a fast-paced environment.

Location: West Singapore (Joo Koon)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH, subject to operational needs)

Key Duties

• Manage daily revenue accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple outlets
• Perform POS-to-ERP reconciliations and investigate transactional discrepancies
• Prepare and post month-end journals, accruals, and adjustment entries
• Reconcile collections across various payment channels including cash, credit cards, NETS, e-wallets, and delivery platforms
• Work closely with Operations and IT teams to resolve system and interface issues
• Support landlord reporting, audit requirements, and finance-related compliance activities
• Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience
• Prior Shared Services Centre (SSC) experience will be advantageous
• Experience handling high transaction volumes (approximately 800–1,000 invoices/transactions monthly)
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Exposure to SAP migration, SAP HANA, or finance transformation projects is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG industry experience is a plus
