Job summary

Fireworks Singapore seeks an Applied Machine Learning Engineer to bridge cutting-edge research and real-world AI products. You will develop, fine-tune, and operationalize models that deliver measurable business value and improved user experiences.

You will collaborate with GTM, build PoCs, design end-to-end AI-powered applications, and contribute to platform features, model enablements, and performance optimizations while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in software engineering with a preference for customer-facing roles.
• Robust coding skills, preferably Python.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex technical projects with a focus on customer success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dynamic, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM team to ensure smooth integration and successful deployment of ML solutions.
• Build and present PoCs that demonstrate capabilities of AI technology.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications for customer needs.
• Contribute to internal ML platform features and bug fixes.
• Integrate and enable new ML models into client environments.
