Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead applied psychological research projects and provide insights to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness. You will plan and manage studies, supervise junior staff, and contribute to organisational improvements through psychology.

Applicants should hold education in psychology, show aptitude for applied research, possess strong interpersonal skills, and understand organisational psychology principles;

Qualifications

• Education in Psychology.
• Aptitude for applied psychological research.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of organisational psychology principles.
• Research design and methodology skills.
• Membership in the Singapore Psychological Society is preferred (Applicants with no experience may apply).

Responsibilities

• Manage applied psychological research projects
• Provide professional support to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness
• Plan and manage research projects
• Supervise junior staff on assigned projects (potential leadership role)
