Job summary

KLA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and service semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites worldwide, with extensive travel (>80%). Based in Singapore, you will set up, align, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair highly complex systems.

You will document field activities, coordinate with customers to minimize downtime, and contribute to high service quality through proactive problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 3 years' semiconductor equipment experience.
• Preferable with eBeam tool experience.
• Able to travel overseas extensively.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation of semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites locally and worldwide.
• Set up, alignment, calibration, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of highly complex capital equipment.
• Post-installation support and coordination with customers to minimize downtime.
• Prepare field service reports and document issues for supporting functions.
• Travel > 80% for installation and field support.
