Job summary

Temus in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, oversee and document all aspects of complex IT projects. You will work with clients, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, time and cost constraints.

The role demands 8+ years in IT/consulting, strong SDLC knowledge, and proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, manage risks, and lead multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in IT/Consulting with PM/BA focus.
• Experience on web and mobile apps; familiarity with Agile.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation across the SDLC stages.
• Translate business needs into requirements/user stories.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for new systems and testing.
• Evaluate solutions and recommend improvements.
• Manage project planning and execution.
• Liaise with users/clients/stakeholders to address needs.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
