Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

You will collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Based in Singapore, the role is a contract position at Kent Ridge with a monthly salary up to SGD 9,000 basic plus AWS.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, IS, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience across the full SDLC.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects across the full SDLC from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, infrastructure, QA, vendors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and translate business needs into deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, change requests and escalation matters.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover and production go-live activities.
• Ensure governance, approvals and quality standards are met.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end application and technology projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will work closely with business users, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality requirements.

Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic)+ AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects across the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, QA teams, vendors, and other project members.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and ensure business needs are translated into clear project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and escalation matters.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and production go-live activities.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, governance, and quality standards are properly maintained.
• Manage external vendors and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and requirements.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies where applicable, including sprint planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing projects across the full SDLC.
• Good understanding of application development, system implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with government or large enterprise IT projects would be advantageous.
