Job summary

PHAIDON INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer to manage and support LOB applications across development, testing and production. You will ensure system reliability, security and performance while collaborating with global teams.

You will troubleshoot complex incidents, optimize SQL queries, manage Azure-based and on-prem environments, and drive DevOps, CI/CD, and automation initiatives to modernise enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise application support, application engineering or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience supporting applications built using C# and .NET.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T‑SQL, including querying, debugging and performance troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell or Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations and data interfaces.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, cloud-hosted applications and on-premises infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Windows Servers, networking, DNS, firewalls, databases and application connectivity.
• Experience in incident management, change management and production support.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git and deployment processes.
• Experience delivering upgrades, enhancements or technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated testing and application monitoring tools.

• Exposure to AI-driven automation or Generative AI applications.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2.
