Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A' Levels or Diploma.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in application processing and claims administration (e.g. insurance claims, hospitalisation claims, social welfare schemes, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle enquiries in a professional manner.
• Good attention to detail and high accuracy in reviewing and processing information.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify system entries and applications, including reviewing supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
• Conduct outbound calls and send reminders via phone and email to facilitate timely follow-up and action.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on application-related matters.
• Prepare mail merges and coordinate the printing and mailing of letters and other correspondence.
• Prepare, compile, and generate reports.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
