Job summary

Just Talent Pte. Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of our client, a provider of industrial analytical instrumentation. You will work with an experienced product management team to help manufacturing customers in Singapore integrate, trial and troubleshoot process analysers.

Responsibilities include site visits, on-site trials, training, and preparing materials to support the sales team. You will collaborate with customers, colleagues and vendors to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemical/environmental engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Interest in analytical instruments and manufacturing processes.

• Provide technical and application support to Singapore customers.
• Integrate process analysers with customer operations.
• Conduct site visits to diagnose and troubleshoot analyser issues.
• Set up on-site trials and review results with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Engineering with a focus on Water Treatment, or an equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Interest in analytical instruments and how they are used in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with customers, colleagues and vendors and explain technical information clearly.
