Job summary
RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a technically minded professional to manage and deliver direct technical and application support for our process analytics customers. You will coordinate with the sales team and sub-vendors, perform troubleshooting, and conduct site visits to ensure client success.
You will set up onsite trials, review outcomes with customers, and deliver in-house and onsite technical/product training. You will also create technical materials to support the sales effort.
