Application Developer

Standard Job Description

Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs.

Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.

Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions & engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.

Assist in testing to validate and provide operating controls to ensure development requirements are satisfied.

Adhere to the CLIENT coding standards.

Experience and Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree Computers, technology or any other related discipline. Relevant Certifications.

Solution Expert who has varied experience of at least 4 years and is specialized in the concerned domain.

The types of developer would be one of the below:

• ABAP / FIORI – Proficiency in ABAP Technologies – ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Screen Programming, Smart forms, Adobe forms, Performance Tuning, Webdynpro ABAP. Experience of working with ABAP for HANA.
• Experience working with the languages (e.g. SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery), SAP Web IDE.
• Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer & FIORI – GATEWAY Services.
• Strong understanding of the UI principles & Experience in Fiori Launchpad configuration.
• Portal- Experience with SAP NW Portal 7.01/7.31/7.4/7.5. Experience in implementing SAP Portal solutions for KM (Knowledge Management) with TREX configurations, Content Management, SSL configurations, designing and Developing UI components based on WebDynpro Java / PDK framework.
• Experience in SAP Portal Java / JSP Web Development with good programming skills in DHTML, Java/JSP, XML, JavaScript, SQL queries on Oracle & MS SQL Database servers. Experience in developing responsive websites with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript / JQuery technologies.
