Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an Application Consultant (Enterprise Solutions, Permanent) to join the Enterprise Sol. Dept./Business Solution Team. You will identify customer needs, articulate requirements, and design to-be business operations and data flows, using consultation and design skills.

You will provide technical advice, propose solutions, create system requirement documents for developers, review outcomes, and support team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with understanding of SDLC and agile/waterfall methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Consulting skills and experience.
• Microsoft product skills (Dynamics/Power Platform) essential; design, programming, testing skills required.
• Analytical, problem solving, documentation and reporting skills; BPMN is a plus.
• Pro-active attitude and keen to explore Enterprise Solutions and technology.
• Project management ability for small to mid-size teams (<10).
• Experience in Enterprise Solutions (Workflow, App Development, RPA, Power Platform, Cloud, PM) is a plus.

• 2. Understand customer's requirements and visualize to-be business operation image / data flow image / by utilizing consultation and design skills.


• 3. Provide technical advice, best practices.


• 4. Responsible to determine problems and provide solutions to identify that arise.


• 5. Create documents about the system requirements and explain to the developers


• 6. Reveiew and check quality of the outcomes from the developers.


• 8. Support team members when required.

Key Requirements

• 1. Bachelor Degree with understanding ofSDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and understand the waterfall and agile development method.


• 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment


• 3. Consulting skill and experience.


• 4. Microsoft product skill, sucn as Dynamics or Power Platform is essential. Design skill in general, Programing skill(any), Testing skill (test plan, familier with test methodology) also required.


• 5. Analytical skill, problem solving skill, documentation and reporting skill. ( BPMN skill will be an added advantage)


• 6. Pro-active and keen to explore Enterprise Solutions, Software & Technology


• 7. Project management skill ( small, midium size.. Less than 10). Detail-oriented and ability to plan, organized, and structure work


• 8. Experience in Enterprise Solutions (e.g. Workflow, App Development, RPA, Power Platform, Cloud Experience, Project Management, etc) will be an added advantage
